S11 Day 22: Sorrowful Mysteries in Petition

Hello family,
Welcome back to day 22 of our 54-day Rosary Novena. Thank you so much for joining us today, and for those who are joining for the very first time, welcome to this beautiful family of prayer. I'm your host, Maritza Mendez.

Family, the Rosary is truly a powerful tool in our spiritual lives. Throughout history, the Rosary has been seen as a strong defense against spiritual battles. One of the most inspiring examples is the Battle of Lepanto in 1571. The Christian fleet faced overwhelming odds, and Pope Pius V called for a Rosary Crusade. The victory that followed was widely believed to be the result of those Rosary prayers. This event showed how the Rosary can influence great events and bring about miraculous outcomes.

But it’s not just about historical victories. Many of us have personal stories about how the Rosary has guided and protected us. It’s amazing how this simple set of prayers can bring so much peace and strength. When we face difficulties, the Rosary can be our refuge, helping us stay close to God and fortify our faith.

As we continue with our novena, remember that each prayer of the Rosary is a step towards spiritual strength. It keeps us anchored and connected to God, especially in challenging times.

Day 22 - Sorrowful Mysteries in Petition
Family, let's get started. Today, on day 22, we're praying the Sorrowful Mysteries in petition.

Blessed Mother, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, be with us in our prayers as we pray for the grace of peace, patience, and perseverance. We humbly request your intercession, lifting up the special intentions that reside within our hearts.

On this feast day of Saint Fiacre, we pray for those seeking healing and guidance in their physical and spiritual health.

Blessed Mother, we pray for healing from rare diseases and cancer, financial breakthroughs, success in finding jobs, peace in special intentions, the growth of faith, freedom from anxiety and phobias, deliverance from alcoholism, the conversion and vocations of our loved ones, the well-being of families, and the fulfillment of hopes for future spouses, children, academic success, and wedding plans.

We pray for our families' intentions here on the podcast, intentions received by email, Instagram, and YouTube. And we pray for the intentions of Adrian, Adriana, Aaron, Ana, Analía, Angel, Anthonia, Anthony, Augustina, Betty, Brian, Bp, Caroline, Cesar, Chinenye, Claudia, Damian, David, Doris, Elijah, Emmanuel, Enrique, Erica, Fernando, Hector, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Jive, Judy, Julie, Kayla, Kim, Laura, Lawrence, Leticia, Liza, Luz, Maria, Marie, Mary, Maryjane, Meg, Micaiah, Nancy, Nohemi, Omar, Rebecca, Rochy, Sean, Sebastian, Sonia, and Therese.
