S11 Day 46: Sorrowful Mysteries in Thanksgiving

Hello family!
Welcome back to day 46 of our 54-day Rosary Novena. I'm your host Maritza Mendez. Thank you so much for joining us today. And a  warm welcome to those who are  joining for the very first time.

Today, we celebrate the Feast of St. Pio of Pietrelcina, better known as Padre Pio. Padre Pio was a remarkable saint, known for his deep spirituality, incredible gifts, and profound love for Christ. His life was marked by intense prayer, physical suffering, and countless spiritual battles. Yet, through it all, he remained a steadfast witness to the power of God’s grace.

Padre Pio reminds us of the importance of offering up our sufferings and challenges to God, uniting them with the Cross of Christ. His famous quote, “Pray, hope, and don’t worry,” encourages us to trust in God’s providence, no matter the circumstances we face.

As we reflect on his life today, let’s take a moment to think about how we can bring more prayer and trust into our own lives. Padre Pio often said that prayer is the best weapon we have, a key that opens the heart of God. Let’s hold onto that truth, especially when we encounter moments of stress, suffering, or spiritual struggle.
