Welcome to Day 14 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena! Tuesday of the Second week of Lent. Today, we’re reflecting on the gift of silence and contemplation, something that can feel rare in our busy & noisy world. But silence is where we can truly listen to God.
So often, we fill our days with distractions, our phones, work, conversations, and endless to-do lists. And yet, God speaks in the stillness. Contemplative prayer is about being with God, not just speaking to Him. It’s about resting in His presence, opening our hearts, and allowing Him to guide us.
I know that sitting in silence can feel uncomfortable at first. But in those quiet moments, something shifts, we feel His peace, His love, and His guidance in ways we might not recognize in the rush of daily life.
So today, I invite you to pause. Set aside just 5 minutes of silence, no distractions, no words, just sit with God. You don’t need to do anything. Simply be with Him.

Blessed Mother, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, we ask for your intercession as we pray for the grace of unity in our families, strength in our faith, wisdom in discernment, and the right use of technology to deepen our human connections.
Today, we also pray for the grace to embrace silence in prayer, those seeking clarity and peace in their lives, a deeper awareness of God’s presence, strength to step away from distractions and rest in Him. We pray for the intentions of our family here on the podcas, intentions received by email, Instagram, and YouTube.
