Day 49: Joyful Mysteries in Thanksgiving

If you live in Los Angeles , I would like to invite you to a celebration in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe at the Cathedral of the Our Lady of the Angels on Saturday, December 11 at 6 p.m.

The annual celebration will begin at 6 p.m. with indigenous dancers on the Cathedral Plaza and the veneration of the relic of the tilma of St. Juan Diego, on which the miraculous image of Our Lady of Guadalupe appeared 490 years ago. The Cathedral is home to the only relic of the tilma outside of the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City.

At 10 p.m., the celebration continues inside the Cathedral with a special Rosary, followed by a performance by Mariachi Lindas Mexicanas.  The musical tribute, or serenata, begins at 11 p.m., with guest singers invited to serenade the Virgin and sing “Las Mañanitas,” a traditional Mexican birthday song to honor the Virgin on her Feast Day.  The program will be in Spanish, and the festivities will culminate with midnight Mass celebrated by Archbishop José H. Gomez.

Day 49 Joyful Mysteries in Thanksgiving 

Today, we're praying the Joyful Mysteries in Thanksgiving for our petitions.  Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, we offer you this Rosary Prayer in Thanksgiving for your intercession with Jesus Christ our Lord as we pray for Mental Health.

Blessed Mother, we pray for all those who have wandered away from the church, we pray that they may come home this Advent season.

Blessed Mother, we pray for the intentions that we hold deep in our hearts. We pray for those listening to this rosary prayer.  We pray for our Family on Instagram, Clubhouse, and Youtube. We pray for Juls, Zusanna, Ericka, Carlos, Megan, Eli, Zeneida, Raluca, Christine, Oge, The Otokos Pilgrimage.
