S8 Day 9: Glorious Mysteries in Petition

Hello Family.
Welcome back! This is day 9 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena. Today marks the end of our first Novena in Petition. We have 2 more Novenas is petition and 3 in thanksgiving to go.

Today is Ash Wednesday, and it marks the beginning of Lent, a 40-day season to observe and commemorate the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the son of God, our Lord. This is the season to purify our intentions and repent for our sins. In this time of Lent, the Lord invites us to increase our prayer, fasting, and almsgiving.

There's a really good podcast called ASK Father Josh. I'll list the link in the show notes. Fr.Josh invites us to fast from something we're going to feel, something that will affect us and draw us to more prayer. 
He encourages us to Spend more time with the Lord by offering the first 15 minutes of our day to reading the Word of God. 

Sometimes I log on to usccb.org the (United States Conference of Catholic Bishops) website for my daily readings. I like the reflection videos listed daily.h. Ill link st link will also be listed in the show notes.

And lastly Fr. Josh reinforces that when we turn to our Lord Jesus Christ in prayer our Almsgiving also increases. The Alms that we give is the fruit of our prayer.  I've also listed the link to Fr. Josh's video

Day 9 - Glorious Mysteries in Petition:
Let's start; today, we're praying the Glorious Mysteries in Petition.

Blessed Mother, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, help us to live and celebrate, in our daily lives, Jesus in the Eucharist.

Blessed Mother, pray for us and with us to deliberately set time aside daily to remember the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
We pray to take time out of our routine to acknowledge the parts of our lives that need forgiveness and change.
We pray to grow in humility and dependence on God.

Blessed Mother, we pray for our family’s intentions here on the podcast, intentions received by email, Instagram, and YouTube.
